Navigation link won't remove

Hi There,

When removing a link (sub-item) from a menu it only saves this change on the landing page. If I were to navigate to another page, that link is still there. How do I remove it from every page?

It might be the caching issue. Do you have any cache plugins installed in your website?

Could you please try purge all the cache and check again?

Can you please check if you have two header with two separate nav menu for home page and other pages.
Just go to you header builder and check.

I checked the site which has added to your license seems the menu is same throughout the site. If you are talking about some different site please send us the details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

I’ve just tested this:

I made an edit on a page with pro and saved the changes > I then refreshed that page on the public site and it had updated the navigation menu and removed the link for that page only. Is there another way around this? Don’t want to have to do this for everyone one of the 30 pages on the website.

Hi dodegkr,

This is definitely a caching issue, please make sure of the following:

• Clear cache on your website via the caching plugin you have.
• Clear your CDN cache (Cloudflare) for example or if you have any other similar services.
• Ask your hosting providing if they can purge cache from their side as well. (sometimes web hosts have their own caching system).

If this doesn’t help, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.

Appreciate the help everyone. Deactivated the WP Fastest Cache plugin and also cleared the firewall cache, seems to have worked.
