Navigation Layered Sub Menu Items Not Triggering

• Navigation Layered
• Mobile
• Sub Menu Trigger set to Anchor
• Seikomods.com

When a user clicks on the “Shop” it doesn’t open the sub menu items, rather, opens the parent shop page. It should be opening the sub menu items to get to their destination.

Hi Jeff,

I have checked your website but not able to find the issue you described. Submenus are working fine and opening the corresponding page while it clicked. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that help us to recognize the problem.

When you click on Shop on mobile it opens the shop page when it is supposed to open the nested submenu items under shop.

Hello Jeffrey,

Please edit your header and in your navigation layered element settings, change the “Submenu Trigger” from Anchor to Indicator.
