Navigation layered not working with global blocks

Hi,
if I set up an element “navigation layered” inside “header” section, everything works fine.
But If I try to use a global block instead, when I insert the “navigation layered” element in the block some settings are missing. For example, I can’t find the “toggle” section, and in fact, the toggle isn’t showing.

Can you explain to me why and what can I do?

Thanks for writing in! The toggle of the navigation layered could be in the same color as the background color of the global block when placed in the header. The best route to use any element is not to use it inside any other element to have a much better control of how an element would be displayed on the page. If it is not necessary to use global block in the header, then please do not use it to avoid any complication and issues. Please be aware that with headers, you can assign a header to a page or pages. A global block in the header may not be necessary.
