Navigation Inline with anchors as a secondary menu on one page not a onepage main menu

I’ve done this a bunch before with just anchors in the main menu or other pages on the page and added code before to not have them all highlight. I asked about this previously and was told to use the one-page nav option… with nav inline. which i did but i"m still getting all the anchors to highlight. once visited. but i"m not doing a one page menu but i have another top menu. So I’m just trying to get this navy bar menu text to stay white text other then the section I’m on and have that be light blue.

I even read an article to change have /#anchorname in the URL and I have that as well.

I’m sure whats wrong

You are using Full or Absolute URLs like this https://example.com/learn-more/#prices

Please use Relative URLs like this #prices then show us that setup if it won’t work.

I couldn’t log in to your site, by the way. wp-admin doesn’t work.
