Navigation inline part of header not displayed in Edge browser

Hello. The navigation inline part of the header for dev1.thumbprintbooks.ca displays correctly in Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. But in the Edge browser, it is collapsed to the right and displays are a few gold remants, and when I put the cursor over it a line is displayed. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi There,

Please click on your Inline Menu Element > Top Links

Try setting Min and Max height and width of your elements and check if it responds better on IE and Edge.

If that does not help, please provide us your admin credentials so we can take a closer look.

Thank you

I tried working Min and Max height & width, but wasn’t able to make a different in Edge. Here are admin credentials:

Hey @Adams,

I’ve tried changing some settings of your Bar but the changes does not take effect. I see you’re using Bluehost which has a built-in caching. Please contact Bluehost support to clear all caches and deactivate it while we’re solving this issue because it is hard to test when the cache is on.

Thanks.

I will need a day or two to have Bluehost do what you requested. They are currently trying to resolve an email problem, and I don’t want to complicate their troubleshooting process with this issue yet. I’ll get back to you when I’ve been able to have Bluehost clear all caches and deactivate the built-in caching.

Thank you.

Let us know how it goes!

I was able to fix the problem by looking through the Default header settings and making the adjustments to our custom header. Thanks.

Glad that you have managed to fix the issue. Cheers
