Hello, when we edit the inline navigation in the header editor, the border setting works when all sides are linked but the color does not work when the sides are unlinked. when unlinked, the sizing of the border width seems to work but the color never updates, no matter what color we pick, it will always be transparent…
Am i missing something on how to use it or is it a bug?

UPDATE: the issue is only in the preview pan while editing the menu. we discovered that it works once save and published. but the issue remains that there are no preview in real time while you are editing the menu as far as the colors go.

I can’t share a live site, but replicate the issue as follows:
1- start a new hearder making by creating a copy from the default header (fauxlogo)
2- edit the navigation inline element and turn on the borders
3- keep all sides linked and selected the base color and a interactive color (pick yellow and red) something that is contrasting - you will see in the preview pan that the colors work as expected when you hoover over the menu items
4- now, unlink the sides of the border, you will notice that the preview if the colors will disappear from the preview pan.
5- at this point, you are working “in the dark” meaning without any life preview… you can still make the changes to the sides (unlinked) one by one and change the colors too, but will not see any preview effect, however, the changes once saved can be seen on the live page on a seperate browser window.
6- i have noticed this condition on other elements but in the same part of the settings, (the borders)
7- this appears to be something to do with the “borders” settings when they are “unlinked”
8- when left “linked” the preview effect works fine.
hope you can replicate this issue and let us know if it is us? or if it is a bug that can be slatted to be fixed.
