Navigation Inline Dropdown alignment

Hi there, I have a navigation inline element on my header and was wondering how I can align dropdowns so that it begins in line with the parent menu item.

This is where I’m looking for help with

And this first alignment is what I would like for all menu dropdowns to be

Thank you for any help or advice you can give!

Hi @jasksks,

Thanks for reaching out.
The dropdown menu is already aligned to the left with the parent menu. If you want that to be aligned with the text, unfortunately, there is no option for that.

Thanks

Thank you kindly for the support. Is there no way to have the child dropdown be aligned with the parent menu item?

Currently it is left aligned, but it’s not falling correctly under the parent menu item “VET by EHL Modular Course”

Thanks again!

Hi @jasksks,

The Dropdown will be automatically aligned with the Parent menu either left or right based on the width set to it, and the space required to load. I have checked the dropdown under VET by EHL Modular Course menu and found it set to 450px width but it has enough space to left aligned. I have created the same in my local environment but am unable to replicate the situation. I would request you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks

Hi @tristup thank you for your kind assistance. Please refer to the details in the secure note. Yes, I’ve set dropdown width to 450px.

Hey @jasksks,

I check your VET by EHL Modular Course and the submenu was properly aligned, please see the screenshot below.

As we cannot replicate your screenshot above, there’s nothing we can do because it was properly aligned on our end! Please make sure that your browser is fully updated to see the result properly.

Hope that helps.
