Navigation inline doesn't work

Hi. Navigation inline element doesn’t work. Here you can see the sample menu:

Here you can’t see anything at all:

And since we are here, the cart element is not seen either.

What’s the problem?

Hello Enrique,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 7.1.2
  • Cornerstone 4.1.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Please let us know how it goes.

x theme 7.1.2 doesn’t apear in Wordpress update dashboard. How can we do it?

Hi Enrique,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button.

If an X theme update notices still not showing up, please do the manual update guide provided here.

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

I can’t do it. Is there any chance that you could do it for us?

Hi Enrique,

You mean updating the Theme? Yeah sure, but please provide us login credentials wp-admin and FTP.

Thanks,

Hi Enrique,

You did not provide a username for FTP and you did not mention it’s a multi-site. Now I’m hesitant to do this because it might affect the other site on your network (multisite). are you sure you want to do this? If so, please provide a complete FTP credentials.

Thanks,

Indeed, it is a multisite, however, there is not other site that we use despite clinicasdoctort.com

The last time that we had to update, we did it without problem, this time we can’t even put the X folder into the directory. We can’t figure it out what happened.

Hello Enrique,

Actually there isn’t a way for themes to provide automatic updates on multisite since code can’t be run at a network level. Unfortunately you will have to update the sites manually. We’ve been investigating the multisite automatic update issues. Our original system was never specifically designed to work with multisite, but would often work when X/Pro was active on the main site. The problem is that when WordPress checks for updates at the network level, the theme code isn’t included. With X/Pro running on the main site, it will try to insert update information into the WordPress update cache. But that cache is volatile, and the network dashboard can clear it out - at which point because X/Pro isn’t running, the X/Pro update doesn’t appear anymore.

It’s a WordPress limitation. Plugins can be network activated but themes can’t, so there’s no consistent way to show an update notification without us creating a separate plugin to handle it.

You will have to update your theme manually because you are on a multi site set up. This is the fastest way to resolve your issue.

Best Regards.
