Navigation inline bug in footer (pro)

hello,

i am facing a very strange bug on the footer builder:
when using the navigation inline element the scrolling does not work proper.
the navigation kind of sticks, hard to scroll down. it is nearly impossible to scroll down.

is this known? how to fix this?

Hi Oli,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and the page where you are having the issue you described, but I didn’t find any such issue. I have also found that the pages do not contain the Navigation in the Footer and set hidden in all available breakpoints.
I would suggest you make that visible for that breakpoint where you are getting this issue. I would also request you please provide any video along with the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

i have set the footer for a little time to invisible (breakpoints) to test around. not it is there again.

browser safari: (latest)– with google chrome and firefox on mac no problem.

Hi Oli,

Thanks for explaining the issue. I have checked it and found the Double Scrollbar is the reason behind your issue, and that appears due to the fixed height 700px set to the Bar.

I would suggest you set the height to Auto to get rid of this issue.
