Navigation Elements are Broken

Hello,

I’m using Navigation dropdown and modal elements, and the burger icon has changed recently so that it doesn’t display correctly. I’ll include an example link.

I tried adjusting the Graphic Toggle, but it still doesn’t look right. I even tried adding a new element with the default settings, and it looks way off.

I appreciate your help, as I’m seeing this issue on multiple sites. Thanks.

Hi @jmcve146,

Can you send us with some screenshots describe your issues please?

I’ve checked the navigation dropdown and modal they look good on my end:

Thank you.

I think it may be an issue with my browser. In Google Chrome, I’m seeing the attached on the modal hamburger icon.

On other browsers though, it’s looking normal. Any idea why my browser would be displaying that way? Or how I can fix it?

Thanks!

Hi @jmcve146,

Can you please tell us which devices you’re using?

I’ve tested with the Chrome & Safari on my iPhone it’s still working fine:

Please also clear all the caches and check again.

Thank you.

I’m using Google Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.103)

On a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

Running macOS Mojave (Version 10.14.3)

I even tried uninstalling/reinstalling Google Chrome, but still had the same issue.

Any idea how to fix it? I also want to make sure that other users aren’t experiencing what I am.

Thanks!

Hi There @jmcve146

I’m a different staff, tried to reproduce your issue on a Mac using Chrome browser, but I couldn’t.

Could you also please try switching to your Chrome’s Incognito mode and see if you’re experiencing a caching issue on your end. You can check the following guide if required (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635).

Also you can check the following guide on how to clear all caches (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/) and test your issue further.

Thanks!
