Navigation Dropdown Item Not Automatically Closing

Hi,

I have added a Navigation Dropdown item to the following page on a client website > https://smileoralcare-co-uk.stackstaging.com/treatments/ however, the dropdown menu is not automatically closing after an item has been selected or when you click outside of the menu. The direct close option is already enabled but this does not appear to be working.

The items in the menu are linked to anchor tags on the page rather than separate pages.

I checked your given site URL. It seems that the dropdown menu is working fine on my end. I have tested it on the Google Chrome browser version 138.0.7204.158. It might be the issue of browser cache. I would suggest you please clear your browser cache and recheck it.

Hi Prakash,

You’re welcome. Thank you for checking. The dropdown menu that I’m having an issue with is further down the page just below the hero image. It is the one in the green box with the text ‘Skip To A Treatment’.

I tried this menu in the latest version of Chrome and in Incognito and the issue is persisting. Please see the screenshot attached.

The Dropdown does not close automatically when clicking on a link especially when using anchor links within the page. You can check out these old threads to make it close automatically instead:
