Thank you for reaching out. This issue usually happens when the content scrolling in the Bar settings is enabled. Please edit your header and check that setting. It must be disabled so that the dropdowns will be visible.

I did make sure contentscrolling was off.
It seems the console error is blocking the JavaScript code to fire on click to the Hamburger menu in a small screen size. The console error definition shows that it might be raised from the wp-matterport-manager plugin.
Can you please check once by deactivating it. If that is the reason behind it, please contact the plugin author for further support.
