Navigation Drop Down Menu not working correctly on Tablet

Hi there,
I came across an issue with the drop-down menu on my tablet. On PC it works fine and the mobile menu works fine, too, but when I access my website through my tablet and tap on a drop-down menu, it is not responsive. Buttons in the navigation that don’t have drop-down work fine, but those with a drop-down don’t work at all.

This can easily be replicated by using the inspect tool in the google chrome browser on PC.

Hey Dennis,

The menu works in my site using Pro 5.1.5 like in your site so there could be something unique on your end causing the issue. With that said, please verify that by doing the common troubleshooting steps to help you isolate where the issue is coming from.

1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme
3. Css/Js Customization

Only if none of that helps, please provide the following info in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password
