Hi, I’m using the Navigation Collapsed element for the mobile dropdown menu. However, while a touch on the top level opens the dropdown, we cannot click or access the top level pages? Is there a way to access these pages and open the dropdown when touched or clicked on mobile? Thanks
Hello Brian,
Thanks for the very detailed post information. When using the navigation collapse element, please make sure to set the Sub menu trigger so that the top level menu will open the submenu or act like a normal link to the top level page. Please edit your header and set the Sub menu trigger in the navigation collapse element settings.

We would love to know if this has worked for you. Thank you.
It works, but it cannot do both on mobile. It’s either an indicator OR a link. Works better as a indicator in our case, but you can’t get to the top level page when this option is used.
Hello Brian,
The submenu trigger can only function one at a time. It cannot do both that is why you need to choose which will be your submenu trigger.
- The Anchor which means that clicking the top level menu item will open the submenu and it will not open the actual page.
- The Sub Indicator which means that clicking on the top level menu will open the page and the only way to open the sub menu is by clicking the sub indicator or the arrow
>next to the top level menu item.
Hope this helps.
