Navigation Collapsed “Off Canvas Close Button” is Suddenly Massive after the latest update…
I’ve bee having this issue with some but not all of my sites in the last 24-48 hours. Any idea what might have changed and how to rectify it?

I posted this a while ago, and now the topic is closed, but the issue was not resolved. You said to make sure the font size wasn’t too large. It isn’t. Here are screenshots, so you can see what I see.

Hi Ken,

Thank you for writing in, those Close Size & Dimensions are the only options that affect the Close button, unless you have a custom CSS that applies to it. Please audit your custom CSS.

If the issue persists, please provide us login credentials on a “Secure Note” so we can take a closer look.

There is no custom CSS. I have about 10 sites where this is happening.
Also, I tried checking on different browsers and devices, and it seems to be working fine everywhere except for Safari on desktop. Safari for iPhone is fine, and Chrome for Desktop is fine. I’d say it was a coaching thing, but it’s been like this for over a month at this point.

Unfortunately, the given login URL is redirecting to http://123.0.0.1 and showing the error. Can you please check once and send it again?
