Navigation collapsed not working with Gravity Forms and Nextgen Gallery plugins activated

The navigation collapsed and navigation layered elements have stopped working on our site recently, this hasn’t happened before and can’t think what has changed to cause this issue.

I have deactivated all plugins and think I have narrowed it down to both gravity forms and nextgen gallery. Activating either of these causes the menu to stop working again.

I removed the custom css and javascript and this didn’t cause any change.

Any help would be hugely appreciated on this issue as these are the two plugins probably most used on the site! I’ll also be opening tickets with both plugin accounts too.

Thanks for reaching out.

It seems the console error is blocking the JavaScript code to fire on click to the Hamburger menu.
Console error definition shows that it might be raised from the Gravity Form plugin.

Can you please check once by deactivating it. If that is the reason behind it, please contact the plugin author for further support.
