Navigation Collapsed Hover Color

I can’t seem to locate an “interaction” setting in the toplinks or sublinks section in Pro as suggested in other posts. How do I change these hover colors easily?

Thanks for reaching out.
The Interaction color option can be found under the Primary tab under the Top Links or Sub Links as shown in the given screenshot.
