I see this same issue in a closed thread. I am having the same issue on mobile. I even tried a second device that has never used the site before. Can you please tell me how to fix?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that there are no click events on mobile and touch screens. There is only tap and pinch. In most menu links, the first tap opens the submenu and the next tap opens the link. To better assist you with your issue, kindly provide us the URL of your site we can investigate your issue.

Hey @verobeachmarketing,

I loaded your site on my Android phone and I only tap once and the parent menus and submenus work.

I see a bug in our tracker though that in some mobile devices, if the menu gets longer than the initial canvas height, tapping twice is necessary. Please avoid long menus for now. Otherwise, please using Navigation Layered element instead of Navigation Collapsed.
