Navigate from Pro Page Editor to Wordpress Page Backend

Hello there,
I have a dumb question. What is the fastest way to navigate from the Pro Page Editor once it’s saved to the Wordpress Page Backend Editor? Once the page is saved I like to go back and update meta data etc… Currently I’ve been clicking on the “page with an arrow” icon a few places above the “save” icon, which opens a new window of the page as it looks “live.” then I have to click “Edit Page” in my wordpress black topbar. Is there an easier way to do this without opening up another page? Am I missing something?

Hi there,

No, unfortunately, as the Cornerstone is a front end page builder, it has a completely different URL while you go to the edit mode in Cornerstone.

If you check the address bar of your browser it will be something like this:

http://your-website.com/x/#/content/894/

As you can see it is completely outside the traditional /wp-admin URL and that is why you can not go back exactly to that page edit screen.

I always open up the listing of the pages and open up the Edit With Cornerstone link in a new browser tab and keep the current window available for WordPress related stuff.

Alternatively, you can always click on the settings icon in the left section of the Cornerstone which will bring most of the options you will need including the page templates and etcetera.
