Hello - I’ve got a menu that is nice (from 23) but I’m wondering if I can add a hover effect like the primary navigation on this site has?
Also, is there a way to tell which Header Template is used on this site?

The Gym demo template is not using any header template as it is an X website which uses the native header.
As for the 23 header for Pro, you can replicate the hover effect by doing the following:
#1 Edit the navigation settings and go to the Top Link > Particles options.
#2 Enable the Primary Particle Setup:
#3 Follow these settings. Set the color in the color options:
