Navbar Not Sticking on top on mobile, it's sticking in the middle of the screen

Hi There,

Please review this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hqlp6r I have used the perfect settings, but yet the navbar isn’t sticking on top while scrolling down, rather it’s coming down on the middle of the screen while scrolling for some unknown reason. It’s the Pro version and please note that, I don’t need the top bar to stick on top, just the navbar, what’s the problem and solution please?

The screenshot you have given is for backend header builder. Please provide us your login details in a secure note so that we can have a look on to the issue.

Thanks for your reply. Perhaps you didn’t read my whole message or understood the problem. The navbar is fine on top, now when you scroll down, it doesn’t stick with the screen while scrolling down. So when I change the settings to stick it always on top even on scrolling, then the navbar comes down to the middle as shown in the screenshot. That’s the problem I’m having.

If you don’t understand yet, then please let me know. The admin access is added in a secure note.

Just for your information, since the setting doesn’t work well, so I didn’t made the changes, because it’s the live website, so I can’t make the changes and publish until it works fine. So you can see the changes while editing from backend and I gave you the screenshot from there while I was editing, then since it wasn’t working, I didn’t saved that changes.

I hope you understand. For now, the navbar stick on top is disabled.
