Navbar not searching correct pages

Hi,

I am having an issue with my navbar not having the correct pages on the search results pages.

Is their anyway i can change/ customise the search results pages to ensure the correct pages are coming up when i search for a phrase?

For example when “Contact us” is searched i want only the contact us page to come up.

Please help.
