Thanks for writing in!

Your menu width is 1362 pixels. This width is more than the screen width of the iPad. You will need to adjust the left and right padding of the menu items so that you will have enough space to display the menu items inline to each other. Please go to X > Theme Options > Links - Alignment > Navbar Top Link Spacing adding 15 pixel is decent enough.
