Thanks for providing a very detailed post information. Regretfully the given url has a different navbar structure compared to the navbar of X. You maybe able to mimic the effect with a little help of a custom JS and CSS. I would recommend that you set up your site first and then get back to us so that we can assist you in anyway we can to have at least something that is similar to the effect.
