Navbar changing padding at first scroll

I’m working on X Theme at http://dev.weareblacksheep.org/ and our navbar is changing formatting/padding upon the first scroll down the page.

Thank you for writing in, but sorry I can’t replicate that issue, would you mind providing more information perhaps screencast. Is the issue is browser-specific, what browser?
