Nav Modal displaying error message in pro editor

Hi,

I am getting this error when trying to edit nav modal:
This element could not render due to invalid template markup. This could be due to changes introduced by a third party plugin. The front end of your site should still function normally

I have cleared cache, all plugins theme are updated. Have tried turning all plugins off. It displays fine outside of editor.

More info in private message.

Thanks

Hello @wowflak,

Thanks for writing in!

Please take a look a solution shared in following thread:

You can also duplicate the element. On the website I tried duplicating the element and it works fine.

Thanks.

Thanks but none of those suggestions worked. If you duplicate the element it does work for awhile. But once you make any change and save it stops working again.

Hi @wowflak,

I have spent some time trying to figure out what is causing the issue but I can’t seem to find it.

I can see this is a staging site. Do you mind deactivating all plugins for a moment while we investigate this.

Thanks

Hi

Thanks, feel free to deactivate the plugins while investigating.

Thanks

Hi @wowflak,

The issue is on your menu (Top Menu), please remove the apostrophe (') you have on the DVD’S navigation label, because that messes up the HTML markup.

And please update your Wordpress to the latest version to avoid any potential conflict.

Thanks,

Thanks so much!

You’re welcome!
