Nav Menu Not Working on Mobile (and background images also not working)

The nav menu does not work on mobile. I tried on multiple browsers and cleared all caches and website data. Tried in on another person’s phone… still does not work. Everything is updated to the latest versions and it still doesn’t work.

I’ve read the other posts on this subject and their answers didn’t help. Here is what is happening…

You’ll also notice that the background image (behind the word Hypnotherapy) doesn’t show up. It’s only whitespace. This is also not working properly.

How can I fix this

Hi Justin,

There is a JS error that might be causing the issue:

Do you have a caching plugin active on the site? If so, please make sure to clear the entire site’s cache and the browser cache.

Let us know how it goes.

Ultimately, this worked. I had thought I already cleared cache because I cleared all caching from cPanel. However, that didn’t do the trick. It wasn’t until I installed a caching plugin on the wordpress site itself that it allowed me to clear the front-end website data. :man_shrugging:

If this happens to anyone else, you may think you’re clearing the cache by clearing it from cPanel but that doesn’t always celar the "right’ cache, I guess. You may need to install a caching plugin even if just to clear it for this.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Justin,

You could also try clearing the cache of your browser next time as an extra step for making sure you are not getting an incorrect output.

Glad to hear it’s sorted.
