Nav Hindering Anchor Text from Working Properly

Hi, the anchor text on this page is not appearing correctly due to the nav bar hiding part of the text. How can I fix this?

For example, when I click 2013 - 2015 in the top section, it scrolls own the page but the header for the 2013 - 2015 section is cut off by the nav bar. I need the whole section to be visible.

Hi there,

I suggest that you link the anchor texts to the section that contains the info on the timeline.

For example for 2017, link it to #x-section-3 since x-section-3 is the default ID name of the section that contains the info for 2017. The page should slide to the top most are of the third section.
