Nav Bar Only Visible After Scroll (Not Visible When Page Loads) / Site Speed Efficiencies

Hi there,

I’ve upgraded X theme to the latest version, and to the PRO edition. However, in this updated version, under “Theme Options”, I no longer see any controls or settings for the top nav bar. The only option I see is for “Header > Position”, which is set to “Fixed Top”.

The problem: the top navigation bar is not visible when the page loads (at least on desktop); it is only visible (and then sticky to the top as it should be), AFTER the user scrolls the page.

Where are the settings for the top nav bar? And how do I get the nav bar to be visible from the page start?

Please note: the “Slider Revolution” plugin has been disabled on purpose. I need to speed my site up for a much faster Google PageSpeed score. Disabling this plugin gained over 30 points on the page load speed score. This plugin, however, most likely had some effect on the nav menu, so may be why the nav bar does not show from the start.

I will submit another message with site details.
Thanks!

Hello @kbisk,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that you added custom CSS code into your child theme because of that your header menu was not visible on page load.

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

I have set the margin-top as “0” now it is working fine.

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Thanks
