I just set up a new header, tested everything in developer mode and then set to live. When I went to the site on my phone (and another phone) the logo won’t load, but I can’t see any reason why.
Can you please advise?

Hi again! I just had a team meeting with 8 people and the image was not loading on any of their phones (mixture of Android and various generations of iPhones). It also didn’t load on someone’s Mac and someone said it didn’t load on their PC yesterday. It looks like it’s only an issue with “other pages header” not the home page header. I just tried it in responsive design mode and couldn’t recreate it. I’m not sure how to test this as I can’t recreate it now. Can you please advise? It’s kind of a big deal as it’s the logo in the header.

Your logo is still pointing to your staging.
In your Other Pages Header please delete the image and reupload it
I would also suggest you install this third party plugin
Then do a search and replace for the following
search for https://staging.tin100.flywheelsites.com and replace it with https://tin100.com
and
search for https:\/\/staging.tin100.flywheelsites.com and replace it with https:\/\/tin100.com
