Nav bar inner reduces on scroll

Having an issue with this site:

When the browser window is cropped closely to the size of the site (1280 in this case), .x-navbar-inner
shortens up on each side when you scroll and it fixes to the top. I tested removing any custom CSS we have, and problem still persists. Not sure what I’m missing?

Please add the following CSS code:

.x-navbar.x-navbar-fixed-top.x-container.max.width {
    width: 100%;
}
