Nav bar dropping below logo in header

Say, when I bring this website up on a tablet or ipad. Layout horizontal. The nav bar drops down below the header logo image on the left side. Therefore, cutting off the beginning image on all pages. If you have the tablet or ipad vertical the three little bars show up so you can expand the menu. It is a standard nature of the menu. In the small screen, the hamburger menu(three little bars icon) will be displayed since on the small screen there is not much width to display the full-size menu.

The feature that you want to achieve to display the hamburger menu in the horizontal mode of the iPad mode. It would require custom development. I would suggest you contact a developer who can assist you with your concern.
