Is there a way to create this design look in Cornerstone natively? Or do I need to create the elements separately (eg in Photoshop), then upload them as backgrounds and piece together as sections?
Any help with this greatly appreciate

Yes, you’ll need to create the resources, such as the background and other images, and then lay them out using the Cornerstone Builder. The design shown in the screenshot above is a bit complex, especially the row with the wavy borders in the second section, so you may need to add a few css modifications to achieve the layout and position the elements where they need to be.
