My X Theme validates, then says I need to validate

I can’t keep my theme validated. It says I am validated, then it reverts to invalidated.
I have tried deleting the URL in the single license section of my admin.
I’ve disabled all the plugins except for cornerstone.
I revoked the license on the development server when I moved the site to the production server.
