My whole site looks weird on mobile

Hi support team.

I have a particular issue with one of my sites using your theme. Could you please take look :

It seems perfect on a desktop, but when I look at it on a mobile device, there seems to be a problem with the coding (I can literally read the code lines on the page…) . At the bottom of the page, I have an option to “View the full site” and when I click it, everything becomes normal again and the site is perfectly responsive. But I shouldn’t have to do it, the site should automatically be fully responsive without me choosing this option.

Do you have a idea of what could cause this?

I checked your website and I don’t see the issue of codes getting reflected on mobile devices. Please see screenshots. I suggest you to please clear browser cache and update browser to avoid any compatibility issues.

Are you watching the website in a desktop but through a simulation of mobile device? Because, in that case, everything is fine. Like this :

But when I actually see it on a physical cellphone (iPhones and Samsungs react the same, I already checked on several devices), it looks like this :

Any suggestions?

Thanks for updating the thread.

I see that you are using Jetpack and have enabled Jetpacks mobile theme feature. Please deactivate mobile theme and that should fix the problem you are facing.
