Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and it appears that you are using an incompatible version of the X theme (8.3.3) and Cornerstone (6.0.8) version. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme
9.1.4 - Cornerstone
6.1.4 - WordPress
5.8 - PHP
7.4
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

If you don’t have the Automatic Update option, I would suggest you download the latest version of the theme and follow the below steps to update it.
- Delete the existing Cornerstone.
- Activate any default theme like TwentyTwenty.
- Delete the X.
- Upload the latest version of X downloaded for your Themeco Account.
- After the X theme is updated, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be at the latest version.
