Hi Ibrahim,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please make sure your X is updated to the latest version before updating or installing Cornerstone. Try this: delete Cornerstone plugin then update your X theme first and then try installing the Cornerstone plugin.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

If you still have problems then please get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Let us know how this goes!

Please find bellow the login details, as it didnt work. I have the latest version of the app and have removed Cornerstone

Hey Ibrahim,

The credentials don’t work. Please update us with the working login details.

Thanks.

Please check again the password is case sensitive.

Hey Ibrahim,

I tried to install Cornerstone but the system logged me out of the admin panel with the critical error you’re receiving, I couldn’t check any further. Since it’s your live site I would recommend that you create a staging site. This is very useful because you can test drive any X or Pro updates in the staging area, do the customization and troubleshooting without disrupting your live site. Once everything is perfect, you can easily and flawlessly proceed the update in the live site.

To know how to create a staging area, please check out these articles:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/, https://maintainn.com/2015/02/how-to-create-a-staging-site-for-wordpress

After setting up the staging site please share the username / password along with FTP credentials using the Secure Note functionality so we can do the troubleshooting without disrupting your live site.

Thanks!
