We received an email that our customer’s website was all messed up. Once we checked it we realized the theme was not loading. We have tried everything to restore our theme. Rollback and version backups are not working. Please help.

Does it seem that you already managed to fix the problem? I checked the website and the front end of the website seems to be working correctly.
If there is a point that I miss, I’d appreciate it if you give more detailed information with screenshots and if needed the URL/User/Pass of your website using the Secure Note to follow up.
