My theme is a mess

Hello.
I purchased X theme a while back and for some time now, when I visit my website. Its a mess. The layout is all messed up. I’m specifically using Ethos. I am in much need of your help as soon as possible.

Hi,

Can you provide us your site url so we can take a closer look.

For the mean time please try clearing your plugin cache and browser cache then check again.

Hi @georgemu,

It looks like due to cache, could you try this

  1. Go to Admin > X > Settings > and click Clear Style Cache button.
  2. Then click your Endurance Cache (could be your host cache feature)

Else, please provide your admin login credentials for further checking. The issue is that the javascript and CSS aren’t loading, which probably still loading from old cached path.

It should be okay now, it’s just due to cache. But clearing it won’t take effect instantly.

Hi there,

It still looks okay on my end, please provide a screenshot of what you see.

And make sure to clear your browser cache before testing it. What I cleared is server-side caches, so you still probably have caches on your browsers.

I checked also with my phone and the problem was the same. Note, this problem disappears immediately one logs in to wordpress dashboard.

Let me assure you that I didn’t logged in to the WordPress admin section. So I checked your website as a normal visitor. I tested your website on multiple browsers and devices and on my end website is loading up absolutely fine. Please see following screenshots.
