I have one Pro unlimited license for Cornerstone, and if I understand correctly that this is not a subscription - you pay once and can use it forever, right? But I’m unsure about two single licenses I purchased for two clients who switched to a different platform. Are these licenses subscriptions or one-time payments for perpetual use? Can you assist me with this? Thank you.

For Pro Single Use and Pro Unlimited Use licenses purchased as part of a monthly or yearly service, Forum Access Support and Online Documentation Support are provided in an ongoing basis. Direct Support and updates will be provided as long as the service remains active. For Pro Single Use and Pro Unlimited Use licenses purchased as part of a lifetime plan, Forum Access Support and Online Documentation Support are provided in an ongoing basis. Direct Support is included for 12 months from date of purchase. Updates will be provided as they are made available.
