How can I use the license for my stand alone cornerstone builder? I installed it to a site and the license is not validating? I am not using it on any other installs.
Also after installing, it seems like I cant use it as intended. Do I need to activate license first before creating a page? On X/PRO versions, I’m able to create builder pages with template selected. Please advise, this is the only stand alone license in my acct.

Validation is required to receive updates but it is not connected to Cornerstone’s functions so you should be able to use it without validating.

I installed the cornerstone plugin. I went to add a page and the option to select template, but there are no cornerstone template options in the dropdown? The only options are the original template option of the theme the website is using. Is there something I need to do to add the cornerstone templates?

If you mean Cornerstone templates, you can go to Cornerstone > Templates to open the Template Manager and install the starter pack templates.
If ever you are referring to the Blank - No Container page templates, these aren’t part of Cornerstone. Those are page templates that is only present in X or Pro theme. For more details about the different page templates in the theme, please check this out:

SO to save time. Can I add 'No Container, Header/Footer template to the theme and use it with the stand alone cornerstone plugin? Im trying to use Cornerstone on a new page, and Im getting nothing in the builder. The CS logo sits on the right side, while all the builder options display. I disabled all plugins and still cant get it to open a new section to start working on a layout.
Do you know of any issues the stand alone pludin has?

No, the page template is part of the Theme, not with a Plugin. You cant simply copy a page template from one theme to another, especially premium themes.
Please try Increasing your PHP Memory Limit and also clear your caching plugins if any.
And also, please make sure your Wordpress is up to date
Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
No, we rarely receive reports regarding standalone Cornerstone not working.
