My site redirects to malware/spam asking user to download a file

I haven’t checked my site in a long time and I realized it redirects automatically to malware/spam, asking user to download a file. How I do fix this issue?

Please help

I was able to solve the fix it by login as admin and updating plugins.

Still perplexed about this issue. First time I experienced this problem.
