My Site isn't rendering properly on mobile

The Menu is fully displayed as a list. The Logo does not load, It just looks bad.

Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and it’s loading fine on my end, both menu and logo loads fine in smaller screens, however I noticed you’re using an old version of Pro, please update your theme and plugins to the latest version.

You can find the latest version numbers here: (https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  2. CHILD THEME
  3. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  4. DISABLING CACHE
  5. DISABLING CDN
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY
