My site is unvalidated

I use my license for my site.
But I change domain of my site, then my wordpress show " Your license of X is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn moreabout product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account."
I use my license for my site again, my wordpress show " Congratulations! Your site is validated. Addons are now unlocked."
But when I refresh my wordpress, my wordpress show " Your license of X is not validated . Place your Envato purchase code or Themeco license to unlock automatic updates, access to support, and Extensions. Learn more about product validation or manage licenses directly in your Themeco account." again

1. Location Issues
2. Communication Error Messages

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
