Hi there,

Please kindly consider that you are using Wordpress CMS and a Multipurpose theme like X . there is virtually no way that you can achieve 100% validation as there are many factors in place.

For example in the errors you get for your website there are the Open Graph functionalities which is specific for Facebook integration of blogs. The validator considers that invalid but it really works ok for Facebook.

There are thousands of cases like this including the google micro-formats and snippets which will virtually make it impossible to have a 100% valid W3C code.

If you want to have a 100% valid code you need to have a small self coded custom website. without any CMS and multipurpose themes.

Thank you for your understanding.

Well it souldn’t be 100% but having errors? Don’t I get a penalty from Google for that? Is there at least anything you can do to help me reduce the number of errors?

Thanks and best regards
Johannes

Hi Johannes,

You should try deactivating all third party plugins or at-least the ones that are not in use, this should minimize some of the errors. Like previously mentioned there is virtually no way that you can achieve 100% validation as there are many factors in place.

Hope this helps!
