My search icon on the menu disappeared after updating X Theme

As soon as I have updated the theme, the Icon search on the menu disappeared. I go to customize to check it out and it is on (see image), Can you please help? It has also disappeared as a field on the sidebars.

Another thing: the icons I had on my home page (custom headlines I think) from icon have become black dots.

This could be just a cache issue, make sure to clear caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services after updating the theme.
