My Pro Unlimited licence is not working on a new website

I’ve attempted to validate the licence numerous times and I get the congratulations and then and says it isn’t validated.

it is showing that it is valid in my licensing area here on my dashboard but on the website it isn’t showing that it’s valid. The website is https://bellairehairstudio.com/

Thanks for writing in! Please go to Settings > General and make sure that the URL in the SIte URL is the same domain URL you have assigned in your license code. If nothing is helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
