My Pro Licence Won't Validate on a Website!

Hi, our client had a website that we didn’t design that was hosted elsewhere. I set up a subdomain on our own hosting to build his new site on. I uploaded the Pro theme and entered the license key and it was all ok. Now that the site has gone live and we’ve changed the domain name so it’s now the primary one, in the WordPress admin, when I clicked on Pro it showed the screen ‘You’re almost finished! Your license of Pro is not validated.’ and asked to enter the licence key. I did this and it looked like it was all going through fine, but then the screen saying ‘You’re almost finished! Your license of Pro is not validated.’ appeared again! I’ve tried several times but it won’t accept my licence key.

I’ve got the Pro unlimited licence so this shouldn’t be a problem and I have no idea what the issue is!

Many thanks for doing that, it’s much appreciated! Do you know why it wouldn’t validate it when I was trying to do it, or is it just one of those glitchy things that can happen from time to time?

There are many reasons that could be the cause of these, it will hard to tell what was the exact one behind in your case.
