My parent theme is gone

Hi guys-

Our site is running very slow and I realized there is no parent theme installed anymore. Have no idea what happened. Can you help me fix this?

Hi there,

Did you happen to rename the x directory that is in the themes folder when you login through FTP?

If so, kindly rename is back to X as usually that is that cause of this issue.

In case you did not kindly provide your admin and FTP details in a secure note so that we can check this further.

Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active child theme and also your parent theme is installed properly.

When you active child theme, it will utilize your parent theme.

Could you please explain your issue here.

Thanks! The site suddenly became slow. And a couple of odd things like the portfolio here wold change to 3 col… and then go back to 5…

Also these panels are no longer accordians (and this is a big deal)…

Hello There,

It appears that you are using X 4.6 with Cornerstone 3.0.4. Please be advised that the latest version of Cornerstone will work best if you use the updated X theme 6.0.4. Please update to this latest version. It is now available in automatic updates. This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
