My page won't load up do to an new error

Fatal error: Cannot declare class MaxMind\Db\Reader, because the name is already in use in /home1/eros585/public_html/wp-content/plugins/convertplug/framework/lib/geolite2/Reader.php on line 14

I have been reading other entries about this and I still have no idea how to instal a previous version of convert plus to my page.

Thanks for reaching out.

It was a known issue but already fixed on version ConvertPlus 3.3.4. Please update your ConvertPlus and test it again, that version is available in automatic update.

How do I update it? I can’t even log in to my website

Hello There,

Do you have ftp access? Please log in to your ftp and browse to the plugin folder, wp-content/plugins/. Delete the “js_composer” folder. Go back to your WP dashboard and you should be able to install the latest version of the plugin.
